Death of Mr J M (Tim) Williams
The Society was saddened to hear of the death of Mr J M (Tim) Williams, formerly owner of the Lingen flock, at the age of 98.  The Lingen Flock saw great success in the show and sale ring in the 1970’s winning the prestigious Queens Cup at the Royal Welsh in 1971.  Tim was a member of the Society Council for a number of years, serving as Chairman and President. Tim’s daughter Rhian served as Secretary to the Society in the 1980’s.

Our sympathies go to the Family at this sad time.

Registration of Sheep intended for sale
As you should already know ALL Kerry Hill Sheep intended for private or catalogued Pedigree Sales must be registered beforehand. Registration forms for these sheep MUST be completed and returned to the Secretary no later than 8th July - together with the relevant fees: £3.00 per female, and £10 per male. These forms can be downloaded from here. Alternatively, on-line registrations can be submitted here. NO SHEEP WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SOCIETY SALES UNLESS REGISTERED.

We now use the PedEweb system for on-line registration of sheep. To access the system, please click the "On-Line Flock Book" on the right.

Please note that due to the new system, ALL SHEEP MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE THEY ARE SOLD - whether this is by private sale or at one of our Society Sales.

The deadline for completing your registrations is 30th November. These can be done either on-line using PedEweb, or on paper as previously. Registrations received after this date, but before 31st December will be charged at double rate. Any registrations received after 31st December will NOT be accepted into the Flock Book.
